1. When and where is Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 happening?
A. Summer Sonic Bangkok 2025 will take place on August 23-24, 2025 at Impact Challenger Hall 1-3 in Bangkok, Thailand.

A. The official lineup will be announced through our Summer Sonic Bangkok Facebook page. Stay tuned for updates!
3. What time do the gates open, and what is the event schedule?
A. Gates will open at 12.00 pm. The full event schedule, including artist set times, will be released closer to the event date.
Tickets
4. How can I buy tickets, and what are the different ticket types?
A.Tickets will be sold in three rounds, including an Pre-sale phase. We are having 2 types of Ticket , GA and VIP and it can be purchased on Ticket Melon Platform .
5. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
A. Tickets are non-refundable.
Venue and Access
6. Is there an age restriction for attending the festival?
AThe event is open to all ages. However, children under 9 years old or under 110 cm in height must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Please note that bringing minors to the festival is entirely at the discretion of the parent or guardian. The organizer shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, unforeseen incidents that may occur during the event.
7. Are there designated areas for people with disabilities?
A. There will be a separate entrance lane provided and a resting area at Thailand Amazing Zone .Please bring your own wheelchairs.
Inside the Festival
8. What items are prohibited inside the venue?
A. Prohibited items include outside food and drinks. Selfie monopods, cameras, video cameras, polaroid cameras, tablets (with screens over 7 inches), and other recording devices are strictly not allowed in the hall along with light sticks over 30 cm, led banners, paper larger than a4, fans, dolls over 30 cm, folding chairs, mini ladders, balloon sticks, balloons, balls, whistles, horns, megaphones, laser pointers, luggage bags, long umbrellas, and umbrellas with sharp edges are strictly not allowed in the hall.
9. Will there be food, drinks, and merchandise available for purchase?
A. Yes, a variety of food, beverages, and official merchandise will be available for purchase.
10. Can I bring a camera or record videos during the event?
A. However, video cameras, professional-grade filming equipment, telephoto lenses, recording equipment, action cameras, etc. are strictly prohibited. Photography is allowed only when the subject of the photo is the visitor himself/herself. Filming of the performing artists with such equipment is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, any recording of images, audio, or video using personal devices for commercial purposes or live streaming is strictly prohibited. If such actions are detected, the organizers reserve the right to escort the individual from the premises, confiscate or delete the recorded content, and take legal action as deemed appropriate.
11. Is re-entry allowed if I leave the venue during the event?
A. No re-entry allowed after 6:00 pm onwards.

12. Is there a first aid or medical assistance station on-site?
A. Yes, medical assistance stations will be located throughout the venue.
13. What should I do if I lose something or need help during the event?
A. Visit the Lost & Found or seek assistance from event staff, who will be clearly identifiable.
